The staff were beyond exceptional—a special shoutout to Made, Princess, Pande, and Audy, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Whether it was arranging special requests, offering local tips, or simply greeting us with the warmest smiles every time we passed by, their kindness and attentiveness truly set this resort apart. The pool was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether we were enjoying a refreshing morning swim or lounging in the afternoon sun, it felt like a hidden paradise. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The mix of traditional Balinese style with modern comfort made it a dream to stay in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tranquil setting made for the most restful sleep. The restaurant was a highlight—every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. From delicious local dishes to amazing breakfasts by the pool, the food was simply outstanding. Uma Dawa Resort & Spa truly exceeded all expectations, and we cannot wait to return. The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. The villa grounds are very traditional and rustic, typically Balinese culture architecture and vibes. True taste of Bali life. The pool area is peaceful and mostly empty, very nice place to relax. Hotel offers 100K a day rental for scooters which is convenient.

Good location it has the traditional touch of Ubud the swimming pool is nice the facility is very good staff are friendly and helpful breakfast is varied nd delicious

This is a fantastic property for the money charged. It is better than I had expected, and the service is exceptional. All of the staff want to make you stay memorable and the food is very good. My tip would be to make sure that you book with breakfast, because it is very good, and much better value if you book it in advance. So book your breakfast. The pool area is the same as a five star resort, but this place charges three star prices. The room is a 3 to 4 star room, and that was reflected in the price. I have stayed in many places in Ubud, and this is my favourite by far I will never stay anywhere else again. If you want a fantastic room and a fantastic experience for a very good value price, this is the place to stay

we had a really lovely week here. The location was out of the centre which was good for avoiding noise and the grabs were super cheap to get from place to place. The staff were extremely helpful.
