The staff were beyond exceptional—a special shoutout to Made, Princess, Pande, and Audy, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Whether it was arranging special requests, offering local tips, or simply greeting us with the warmest smiles every time we passed by, their kindness and attentiveness truly set this resort apart. The pool was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether we were enjoying a refreshing morning swim or lounging in the afternoon sun, it felt like a hidden paradise. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The mix of traditional Balinese style with modern comfort made it a dream to stay in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tranquil setting made for the most restful sleep. The restaurant was a highlight—every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. From delicious local dishes to amazing breakfasts by the pool, the food was simply outstanding. This is a fantastic property for the money charged. It is better than I had expected, and the service is exceptional. All of the staff want to make you stay memorable and the food is very good. My tip would be to make sure that you book with breakfast, because it is very good, and much better value if you book it in advance. So book your breakfast. The pool area is the same as a five star resort, but this place charges three star prices. The room is a 3 to 4 star room, and that was reflected in the price. I have stayed in many places in Ubud, and this is my favourite by far I will never stay anywhere else again. If you want a fantastic room and a fantastic experience for a very good value price, this is the place to stay

This was our first stop on a family holiday to Bali and was a very good option - out of the way of the noise, but close enough to get into the main hustle of Ubud on a short Grab ride (and these were usually readily available). It took me 2 minutes to walk into the rice paddies for amazing golden hour photos and vibe. I would definitely consider staying here for a 5-6 nights and also if I had a work trip. The pool is very welcoming a good place to relax. Our family room was good and spacious - although the kids must be prepared to share a bed, which is in the same room as the parents bed!

The staff were always available and were super friendly and helpful. There’s a mini market onsite which is where we got our large bottles of water from.

The pool area is peaceful and mostly empty, very nice place to relax. Hotel offers 100K a day rental for scooters which is convenient.
